R4L can diagnose your problem, advise you what needs to be done and can repair it on site and have you hearing the great sounds you are used to hearing in no time at all. R4L does not charge anything to look at your radio, your amplifier, wiring or even some speakers. We only charge for work done to repair your defective merchandise. R4L will notify you prior to repairing your item just to make sure you are fully aware of everything that is going on with your items, such as time for repair, cost or anything else. Depending on the problem and if parts need to be ordered for your item, repair times can vary from 2 days to a week... and in some extreme cases maybe even slightly longer.
You will need a repair order number prior to shipping in your defective items in so be sure to call in and get a repair order number. When shipping your merchandise in please include a note with the symptoms that your item is showing along with all of your contact information.
